Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about shipping from Robey Records.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Standard Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Express shipping is Flat rate. 

Packaging All vinyl records are shipped in industry-standard LP mailers to ensure your records arrive safely and in the same condition as Robey Records received them. 

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
